The simple fact of the matter is that these giant (and sometimes not so giant) corporations don't give a hoot about:
     Your lawsuit - They've got more lawyers than you do.
     Your complaints - If no one else hears it from you, complaints do not affect them.
     Your life - It does not affect their wallet, so why should they?
     Your threats - Unless you can affect the bottom line on their financial statement, your threats are meaningless.

This site was set up so that people like you who do not have a staff of lawyers, a 'war-chest' of millions of dollars, or even a very loud voice can get these swine to understand that dangerous products, shoddy merchandise, fraudulent sales practices and sleazy lawyers will no longer work in the information age.

The people that run this must be a lot like the people here at boycott-em. Lots of consumer gripes, and general knowledge of shoddy business practices.

Mother and Babies saved, Business and Jobs lost, while Oasis and Chubb stonewall
EPD was destroyed by a fire started by an Oasis Watercooler in the office next door. During the fire, the owner went into the office and rescued a mother cat and her six five-day old kittens trapped inside.
Oasis and their insurer, Chubb Insurance, refused to pay their claim based upon the idea that if he had time to rescue the cats, he should have had time to rescue his company's data files. In the words of Chubb Insurance, "Unfortunately, we don't insure cats."
